The classes run by Claire and Louise are excellent. The timetable is very varied with something for everyone at all levels. They are both always positive, ready to take on a new challenge, motivated and cheerful. Always coming up with new ideas to add variety to the routines and making the sessions fun. I always come away feeling so much better afterwards. Yoga sessions are provided by the lovely Kay with her calming and soothing voice. What’s not to like and extremely good value.
