Summer Bootcamp


Get yourself fit and strong for your summer holiday.

With bite-sized toning and boot camp style daily workouts. Sweat and shred to feel amazing and summer-ready.

Once you have paid your £15, we will add you to our WhatsApp group. You can access your daily fitness session from here - each session will be available for three days.

Recordings will be from 10 minutes to 45 minutes long, recordings will be available for 3 days for you to complete the daily challenges or stack the sessions back to back.

The pre-records will change daily which you can do in your own time to fit in with your busy schedules.

Always listen to your body and work to your own level of fitness.
