September Shred



Shred the summer excess in our 30-day fitness challenge. Full body workouts, energy boosting, calorie burning and strength building.

Once you have paid your £10, we will add you to our WhatsApp group. You can access your daily fitness session from here - each session will be available for two days.
The pre-records will be anything from 10, 30 to 45 minutes and change daily which you can do in your own time to fit in with your busy schedules.

Always listen to your body and work to your own level of fitness.
