Anywhere, anytime, bite-sized add-on workouts. 

Add-on sessions allow you to customise your workout sessions to concentrate on the areas you want to- all express 10 minute sessions- perfect for busy lifestyles. 

Once you have paid your £10, we will add you to our WhatsApp group. You can access your daily fitness session from here - each session will be available for two days.
The pre-records will change daily which you can do in your own time to fit in with your busy schedules.

Always listen to your body and work to your own level of fitness.
