Legs, Bums and Tums



31 days of Legs, Bums and Tum's exercise sessions posted to you daily. Once you have paid for your £10 programme we will then add you to our WhatsApp group. From here you can access your daily fitness session - each session will be available to you for two days. The pre-records will be anything from 10,30 to 45 minutes and changes daily which you can do in your own time to fit in with your busy schedules.

Always listen to your body and work to your own level of fitness.
