Come and take time out for yourself at our Luxury Fitness Weekend, where your physical and mental well-being is a main priority.
Priory cottages is a beautiful tranquil location near Wetherby, North Yorkshire.
The classes are held in the barn and Marquee and our luxury accommodation consists of 7 beautifully decorated, stylish cottages centred around a tranquil private courtyard.
FRIDAY
Arrive at Priory Cottages and wedding venue from 5 pm
Settle into cottages
5.45 welcome talk and a glass of fizz
6 pm candlelight stretch
7 pm 3-course dinner served by your private chef in your cottages.
(If you choose to come on your own we will introduce you to other guests so you can all eat together in one of the cottages).
SATURDAY
We ask you to bring your own breakfast or we can provide you with a breakfast hamper for the weekend at an extra cost.
Classes start at 9am and are throughout the day a mixture of high-energy cardio, strength, Pilates, stretching and a whole lot of fun and laughter.
Buffet-style lunch.
Classes finish around 5 pm
6 pm 3-course dinner served in your cottages

Classes start at 9 am
(Usually 2 classes)
11 am vacate cottages and goodbyes
