Cardio & Strength for Menopause



From Peri and through to post menopause it is vital that we should maintain a healthy heart, bones and mental health. This can all be helped through exercise and more importantly it has been proven that Cardiovascular exercise and strength training, in particular, are beneficial to women at this time in their lives. 

30 Days of Cardiovascular and Strength training exercise sessions posted to you daily. Once you have paid your £15 to include Nutrition for menopause education sessions, we will then add you to our WhatsApp group. From here you can access your daily fitness session - each session will be available to you for two days.

The pre-records will be anything from 10,30 to 45 minutes and change daily which you can do in your own time to fit in with your busy schedules.

The nutrition for menopause education session will be given at a live time to be confirmed.
