When we take our Online Zoom Classes, we record these.
They are a great way to introduce you to our Paid Classes.

Once you purchase we will be in touch to find out the type of workout you would like.
We then send you the video links/downloads. They are then yours to watch as many times as you like*.
(*Video links are valid for 1 week. Downloads are yours to keep forever).
