Boxercise
A fun, High energy workout for all levels and abilities using gloves and pads, working with a partner. All equipment provided.
Body Transformation Challenge
Boost your energy, Kickstart your MOJO and feel more positive in all areas of your life. Exercise classes and support from Louise Annat in a fun, inclusive, friendly environment. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
HIIT Training
High Intensity Interval Training, short bursts of cardiovascular and strength training exercises to motivational music. An exceptional way to burn calories for many hours after the class has finished “You can do anything for 20-30 seconds” Lots of fun and as hard as you want to make it!!.
Fitness Pilates
A flowing and pacey group exercise class to lengthen and strengthen muscles to relaxing music, focusing on balance, strength and flexibility. This total body workout will improve core strength promote a positive posture and an all-round feeling of wellbeing.
