Wednesday 10.30am - 11:00 am
Live fit ball or hula hoop masterclass, pre-recording if you miss the class
(24th Feb & 10th March please bring your FIT BALL)
(3rd & 17th March please bring your HULA HOOP)

Wednesday 7pm
Live Pilates and stretch plus the pre-recording if you can’t make the class.
